Who can rent a Prahran (Pur-ra-ran)
therapy room?
Our Prahran (Pur-ra-ran) rooms are primarily designed for mental health professionals such as Psychologists, Psychotherapists, Counsellors, and Social Workers; however, we also have Dieticians, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, and other Allied Health Professionals who rent the space
What if I only need to rent a room by the hour?
While we don’t offer hourly bookings at our Prahran (Pur-ra-ran) clinic, we offer existing WellSpace Psychology members by-the-hour booking options at our Fitzroy (Ngár-go) Space. Contact hello@wellspacepsychology.com.au or send us a DM @wellspace.psychology
What’s included in the room rental service?
The Room:
Room rental includes access to a fully appointed room with custom modular furniture suitable for 1:1 and small group therapy (seating up to 4 patrons). All rooms feature thoughtful lighting options, acoustic insulation, integrated heating/cooling, Maison Balzac glassware, a large desk, custom artwork, and wifi for your telehealth sessions
The Co-Work Space:
Our Prahran (Pur-ra-ran) location is staffed with receptionists, to welcome you and your clients into the space and ensure a smooth arrival. Communal areas include a waiting area, gender-neutral bathrooms, and kitchen. While there is no on-site parking, plenty of free 2h and paid all-day secure parking exists nearby (we recommend Pran Central)
The Community:
Room rental also unlocks access to a thriving, supportive community of therapists. Clinical support, business support, networking opportunities and social events are designed to immerse you in the WellSpace community, creating a sustainable and rewarding career
What are the fees?
Our 2025 fees are as follows:
Clinicians who are in 1-2 days per week pay a daily rate of $200 + GST
Clinicians who are in 3 or more days per week pay a reduced daily rate of $180 + GST
